CROSSFIT KIDS

 

CrossFit Kids is a program designed specifically for elementary age kids (ages 6-11yrs) and their overall development. Our mission at CrossFit Alaska is To provide a community to all levels of athletes; a safe, fun environment to develop and enhance fitness and wellness.

CrossFit Kids is for kids of all abilities and will improve your child’s athletic conditioning while boosting self-confidence, focus, strength and coordination. Sessions typically consist of a fun warm-up game or skill stations, a highlighted skill of the day, a fun workout, and finished with a game. The functional movements involve exercises that are fundamental to all things that kids need to do when they play-pull, push,run, throw, climb, lift and jump.

Through playing games and simple workouts, kids will perform constantly varied movements that will benefit their everyday activities. All movements are taught safely and effectively under the close supervision of a thoroughly trained CrossFit Kids Trainer.
