4. Conditioning
16min EMOM:
Min 1: 12 Front Rack Forward Lunges (110/70)
Min 2: 12 Deficit Push-ups (hands elevated on plates)
Min 3: 12 KB or DB Box Step-Ups (53's/35's)
Min 4: 50 sec Plank Hold (elbows)

**Gauge for box step up height; your thigh should be parallel to the floor when your foot is on top of the box. You may only use a taller box if you are able to keep your pelvis stable and not collapse into the working side.**
