5.18.17

 

1) Every 2 minutes, for 16 minutes (4 sets)
-Bench Press x 6-8 reps 
-Bent Over Barbell Row x 6-8 reps 
*pronated grip, pulling bar up to bottom margin of the rib cage*
(goal is a weight for each movement that you can complete at least 6 reps that require effort but not max effort for 4 rounds)

 

2) Conditioning:
“Hells Bells”
AMRAP 20:
200 Meter Run
14 Deadlifts (155/105)
2 Rope Climbs
