1) 10 minutes of Rope Work
-Jump Rope 
and/or 
-Rope Climbs

 

2) Conditioning
20 min AMRAP
Partner Workout:
Front Rack Walking Lunges (53/35)
10 Burpees
Farmer's Carry Walking Lunges (KB or DB 53/35)
20 AbMat Situps

*One Partner works at a time and completes all movements before the second partner takes off on the lunges*
