1) Gymnastics Recess
15 min to work on 1-3 gymnastic skills: pistols, stationary dips or L-sits on boxes, hand stand progressions, beat swings, pull ups, rope climbs, etc.

2) Conditioning
Med Ball Mania (20/14)
20 min AMRAP:

300m med ball shuttle run
30 med ball ab mat sit-ups
30 wall balls
200m med ball shuttle run
20 med ball Russian twists
20 front rack med ball forward lunges
100m med ball shuttle run
10 over the ball push-ups
1 min wall sit with med ball OH (accumulate if unable to complete unbroken)
