A.

 

Every 2 minutes, for 16 minutes (8 sets):

 

Athletes: Hang Clean + Clean

 

Guests: Dumbbell Power Clean + DB Front Squat

 

Build over the course of the 8 sets, starting around 60% of your 1-RM clean.

 

 

 

B. Conditioning

 

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:

 

50 Double-Unders

 

15 Toes to Bar

 

10 Power Cleans (155/105 lbs)

 

 

 

Guests:

 

10 min AMRAP

 

50 Single Unders

 

15 Ab May Sit Ups

 

10 DB Goblet Squats
