The 1st Saturday of every month at 11:30 is our free intro class. Every 1st and 3rd Thursday is "Bring a Friend for Free!" This is an opportunity to drop in on your own OR come with a friend to check out what a CrossFit work out is like.
The program for these classes is specifically developed for all fitness and experience levels. It will give you a taste of the high intensity community styled workout in a safe, closely monitored environment.
